Unlocking The Potential Of Your Personality with Deborah Wylie

This session will teach people the four aspects of personality – D, I, S and C – and Deborah will do a quick exercise to help you understand, in the main, what you are.

She will then explain how your personality naturally flexes in different environments and, in particular, under stress, and will help you to explore how your personality may work better with some, and how others may bring some challenges!

Deborah will teach you how you can deliberately work on some aspects of your personality to cope better with situations, and how this works alongside Mindset to give you a robust tool-set.

You do not need to bring anything with you, but may like to bring a drink to have during the session. We will provide refreshments (tea, herbal tea, water, coffee) after the session for anyone who wants to stay and have a chat.

Please note that this session with Deborah is longer than our Wellbeing Wednesday sessions normally are – we expect it to last for about 90 minutes.
