Sleep for Health
The ‘Sleep for Health’ session with Sue Cooper will start at 1.15pm and last approximately one hour.
Please bring a blanket with you. Your core temperature will drop quickly when we start to meditate (Sue will be including some meditation).
You may also like to bring a drink to have during the session. We will provide refreshments (tea, herbal tea, water, coffee) after the session for anyone who wants to stay and have a chat.
If you haven’t booked onto your six Wellbeing Wednesday sessions for 2016 yet, you can view the list of events on our website, they’re on the noticeboard in the studio and included in our weekly newsletter too. We’ll be adding details of further sessions as soon as we’ve had confirmation from the teacher/presenter. If you’d like to bring a friend to this session, please contact me to see if we have availability – your friend will need to pay the drop-in rate of £15.
