The ‘Pure Stretch’ session with Cheryl Sheard will last approximately one hour.
We recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothes, and layers are best. You may also like to bring a drink to have during the session. We will provide refreshments (tea, herbal tea, water, coffee) after the session for anyone who wants to stay and have a chat.
