A flow state, also known colloquially as being ‘in the zone’, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement and enjoyment in the process of the activity.
Join Pippa for this movement workshop drawing on her expertise in therapeutic yoga and clinical Pilates to explore flow in motion, culminating in a guided meditation. You will leave with sense of serenity and a feeling of growing beyond the boundaries of the self.
