New to Balance, an all-inclusive gentle yoga class where the focus is on being Mindful and that means achieving the best alignment for you.
Yoga is at its core for every ‘body’ and this class will be tailored to meet the needs of each individual participant.
Mindful Yoga will be run by Pippa, who has a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics. The benefit of this is huge as this allows postures to be modified to suit the individual. Pippa will be focussing on precision to yield best results for you and thereby create a therapeutic impact.
The benefits of the postures, breathing and cultivation of attention all serve to complement current exercise or treatment programmes, enhance health, wellbeing and self-awareness.
A gentle, calm, therapeutic class where Yoga is practised in a Mindful way and a wonderful relaxation included at the end to allow your body to absorb all that it has learnt.
The course commences on Monday 9th September 2.15 – 3.30pm for 6 weeks
