Wellness and Essential Oils
with Sallyanne Fisher
1.15 to 2.15pm on Wednesday 1oth May at Balance Studio
May’s Wellbeing Wednesday is all about Essential Oils:
“Essential oils do not treat symptoms – they empower the body to effect self healing.”
Sallyanne will be explaining about the power of using good quality essential oils and how they interact with our bodies perfectly! She will describe the 3 ways to use oils safely, and you will discover the anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral properties of essential oils for supporting your immune system, sleep, anxiety, moods, menopause etc.
We will also talk about how you can detox your cleaning products and personal care products to eliminate toxins from the home!
Sallyanne is very excited to bring this class to you – she loves helping people by introducing them and assisting them with their wellness journey. She says “as a family we are pretty much toxic free in the home because of essential oils and we have not needed medication, not even calpol, for over a year”.
Essential oils are very easy to learn, and then apply that knowledge to support an individual’s physical body, emotional mind and spiritual needs. With no side effects, these organic compounds empower the body to heal itself. This is because essential oils are the life blood of the plant. They are the plant’s immune system; fighting infection, virus attack, inflammation and pests. They can do the same inside our bodies.
By the end of the session, you will have enough basic knowledge to make an informed decision about which complimentary sample of oil you would like to take away with you and how to use it.
**Note – If you wish to purchase a bespoke roller-bottle oil blend for a specific wellness concern for you or a family member/friend, Sallyanne can do that at the end of class for £6 each, or 2 for £10. **
Please bring a notepad and pen with you.
