Half way through the year, I like to look back and reflect on what I have achieved so far: whether the intentions I set at the beginning of the year or my life intentions have been met or am I at least taking steps towards them? It’s good to review what new things I have learnt, new places I have visited, new people I have met. Now, It is easy for me to do this as I write them down – yes, I Journal! What is so wonderful about having a written record is that when look back through it, you realise how many things you have already achieved – really feels so good.

Have a centre of excellence for Health and Well Being – Mind, Body & Soul – Balance
Develop programmes that move people and companies towards a more humanitarian society.
So that’s my list – it will change and evolve as I do, but I urge you to write down your intentions, the things that you want to do, the experiences that you want to have, how you want to grow and what you want to contribute to society.
It is then so much easier when you have a decision to make: is it in alignment with your intentions? Does it make YOUR boat go faster? It is, after all, your life, your choices, you can choose the direction that YOU want to take 🙂
