What would you like to see at Balance?
Firstly, for those of you not on social media, I would just like to let you know that I have passed my exams and am now a qualified Rapid Transformation Therapy Practitioner (Hypnotherapist).
Rosalyn Palmer first introduced me to this extraordinary therapy: I was so impressed with the power of this therapy which works on eliminating people’s deeply held beliefs and replacing that belief with one that serves you so much better…..
Mmmm, I wonder where you’ve heard that before! It’s so totally in alignment with what I do with all my Mindset work. It’s a great tool to incorporate into my Mindset courses/coaching, but also to use as a stand alone product, and I am very excited to bring parts into our Mindbody Pilates classes.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is developed by Marisa Peer. You may well recognise that name, she is a world-renowned celebrity therapist, speaker and author, also voted Britain’s Best Therapist. So you may well have seen her face on the TV and on her various books on weight loss, fertility, and confidence. I had looked into a few hypnotherapy courses, but nothing had felt quite right, then I met Rosalyn and loved what she had to say about RTT. I also met Marisa at A-Fest, and attended quite a few of her sessions and just KNEW this was for me.
I’m so looking forward to adding it into all we do at Balance 🙂
That brings me on to my second point…… I know you do not want to be thinking about Autumn yet, but I really do have to start making plans for September onwards.
What I would really love from you all is feedback on what you would like to see available at Balance?

Would you like to see more variety of classes?
A more mind body class, mindful movement ending in meditation – weekly, short course, workshop or one off session?
A mindful yoga class that incorporates body yoga, facial yoga with mindfulness and meditation?
Purely facial yoga/pilates?
More mind body workshops, such as Masterclasses, standing Pilates, Pilates and small equipment, Pilates for golf, Pilates for Back Pain?
Meditation?
Although the WBWs have been a great success, most of you have said you wanted longer sessions – would you prefer me to arrange one-off mornings/afternoons (3 hours) on various topics like essential oils, homeopathy, acupuncture, medicinal herbs, group RTT (hypnotherapy) etc?
Mindset/Life Re-Think
Would you prefer more day workshops or a longer course?
Group sessions or one to one?
Online or face to face?
Entrepreneur/Business-based workshops/courses?
