As you read this article, I will be in Connecticut, USA, attending my Mindset Summit!

It’s a 3 day Summit and part of the Mindset Performance Ambassador Program that I have been working on for some time now and I am so excited to be going! It will be full of very inspiring people whom I will finally get to meet in person.

I know I will learn loads – I have already learnt such a lot – and I cannot wait to incorporate this into Balance, not only through specific sessions but also through our newsletter, blog and our regular classes….you can’t train the Body without training the Mind.

After last week’s article, where I (again) talked about the importance of consistency, I would just like to reaffirm that once again! I’m attending this summit, not because I’m lucky….. but because I made a decision, I changed my approach to a few things, I knew what I would have to do to achieve this and then I consistently put all that into action to make sure that I succeeded – that’s MINDSET in action.

Now, I’m not telling you this because I want a pat on the back, or because I’m boasting or gloating, but as an example of how having the right mindset, being consistent can and does change your life!

You too can do what you want, achieve what you want, have what you want, live the life you want as long as you have the right Mindset.

Mindset matters the MOST!

I’m not saying it’s easy, it’s not about daily affirmations. positive thinking (though they do have a place), it’s not necessarily something you can do by yourself. As you know I’ve had and have various Mentors to help me – NONE of us know it all – ask for help!

It’s about setting out your desires, committing to them and of course consistent steps towards them!

After my Mindset summit, I shall be having a road trip around New England….yes, that was part of my plan too 🙂
