Wishing all my lovely clients at Balance a wonderful Christmas time.
I really wanted to say a big Thank You to each and everyone one of you for supporting me and all that we do at Balance – it really is what makes my Life Purpose so rewarding and worthwhile.
For another year you have supported all our Pilates classes at Balance, we have run Advanced, Intermediate, Improvers and Beginner Pilates, Healthy Backs 4 Life, Standing Pilates, Reformer on the Mat, Reformer sessions, Taster sessions, Mindful Movement and Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, RTT (Hypnosis), Soul Realignment and, of course, our 3Es Meet ups (Explore, Expand, Engage – Live a life less Ordinary).
We have all been growing and evolving this year and so has Balance! We have been determined to bring more things to the studio for us all to experience, dip our toes in and try a few new things, and we are determined to do even more next year.
This year we have said goodbye to Helen (though she is still doing catch ups, cover & teaching Tozer classes for me). We will also be saying goodbye to Cheryl, who wants a little more free time to pursue her own creative hobbies. Again, you will see Cheryl pop in every now and again to help with cover and catch ups, which will be lovely. They have both been with me from the first day of opening Balance, are both excellent teachers and supported Balance throughout their time with us – we will all be sorry to see them go.
Pippa has increased her hours, and as a Physiotherapist and low back pain exercise specialist, she has enthusiastically taken over the HB4L classes. Her Reformer sessions are booming and she is excited to bring some much needed Bone Health classes to Balance in the New Year.
Myself, Pippa and Daisy will continue to bring you fun, structured, challenging, enjoyable classes throughout the year.
I will be working with my ever increasing RTT clients helping them to transform their lives. I am also working with Soul Realignment, my new(ish) modality, which is proving to be hugely beneficial, and again is helping people to gain a deep understanding of who they are, what their gifts are and what is holding them back.
I have finished my book ‘Explore, Expand, Engage – Live a life less Ordinary’: it is at the Publishers right now and will be coming out in 2019.
Louise Luiggi has brought Kundalini Yoga to Balance. If you haven’t tried it, I would highly recommend it. I’m currently doing Kundalini twice a week and am loving it. Yes, It is different to any other form of yoga I have done before, and yes, I do find it challenging, but that is also what I love about it. I never thought I would be happy chanting, nor did I realise how wonderful the vibrations are that it creates. It is both uplifting and calming and it is allowing me to explore my body and my mind in ways I haven’t done before. It really does work the Mind, Body & Soul. We are running a FREE Kundalini taster in the New Year – click here to read more and reserve your space.
And Finally…..
I know that lots of people find Christmas stressful, but it really is just another day, and let’s not forget we can choose whether that day is one that brings us Joy or not.
It doesn’t have to involve huge amounts of expensive gifts, masses of rich foods, copious amounts of alcohol and sugar, resenting having the relatives around – all those are our choices.
But even if it does involve some or all of the above, why don’t we all choose to smile more, engage more, listen more, play more, not react to others and enjoy OUR day!
Your time is NOW 2019!
