Try having this easy and delicious banana omelette for breakfast
- 3 eggs beaten in a bowl
- 1 banana mashed in a bowl with lots of cinnamon
- Mix together
- Small amount of cocnut oil in frying pan
Tip the mixture in to the frying pan & when nearly cooked, fold in half, continue for another minute & serve!
