August’s Wellbeing Wednesday is Mindful Movement & Meditation with me. You’ll reconnect with your body, have time to feel the movements, be aware of how you are moving and allow yourself to be totally present – when we work slowly like this, present is the only place you can be.
I’ve developed this session for those of us who lead such busy, full lives and can often feel stressed, exhausted and disconnected from ourselves. It is a chance to spend some time on YOU, allowing you the opportunity to be in your body, to quieten your mind, to notice how you feel, and to enjoy the feeling of peace, calm and tranquility as you move with fluidity, focus and ease, ending with some deep meditative relaxation.
This will be a wonderful way of rebalancing our Minds, and there is no need to bring anything with you.
