You get to try 6 different things that you’ve never done before – we all know the benefits of trying something new.

You have the WHOLE year to fit in your 6 sessions – now, that is flexible,

So, here is what Jeannie had to say about our first session – Mindset for Life:

The Wellbeing Wednesday sessions are, I think, a brilliant idea, providing an opportunity to dip into subjects one would not normally come across, and having a ‘pass’ so that one can pick and choose 6 sessions that are of particular interest makes it wonderfully flexible.

During the Mindset session, you described how our experiences shape our thoughts and beliefs, which in turn influence our subsequent actions. Understanding that these beliefs may hold us back can be the key to avoiding self-limiting thoughts so that we can achieve our full potential in life.

The presentation was very clear and concise, with just the right blend of humour and enthusiasm. I certainly came away with a better understanding of how I can be more self-motivated, and that sometimes moving out of one’s comfort zone can be positively life enhancing!
