T’ai Chi for all Levels

For our Well-being Wednesday pass holders, we’ve arranged a T’ai Chi session with local instructor Karen Green – no previous experience is necessary and no special equipment needed either.

Karen will teach us a short flowing sequence to practise at home – this will balance and harmonise your whole energy system (chi), leaving you feeling energised and calm at the same time.   The movements are slow, graceful and fluid, and easy to learn.

Please wear loose fitting clothing, and layers to keep you warm.  Can be done in bare feet, or light, soft-soled shoes.  You may also like to bring a drink for during the session.   We will provide refreshments (tea, herbal tea, water, coffee) after the session for anyone who wants to stay and have a chat.
