I know most of us have got Christmas on our minds. We are busy Christmas shopping, hanging decorations, attending Christmas lunches and dinners, writing cards, wrapping presents, ordering food, getting all our work done so that we can take the time off to enjoy ourselves over the Christmas period.
We literally can put our lives on hold until its all over, we stop exercising, we drink more, eat more, sleep less, spend more, stress even more and then wait until its all over before we think about next year.
We put off decisions and stop taking care of ourselves and then New Year Day comes and goes and suddenly we start to think about US, what we might like to do, achieve, try………..
If you know you want to do something in the New Year, book it now, make the commitment now, don’t wait until you’ve found that the course you wanted to do is all booked up, or that the time you thought you had free has disappeared as you didn’t take action.
We can make excuses for ever…..but as I’ve said many times before, TIME will not wait for you! Here are some of the things that will be happening at Balance:
