1. Drink more water – you body needs water to function properly, it can & does affect your pain levels!
2. Eat Clean -cut out processed foods, gluten, sugar etc cause inflammation in the body, inflammation causes pain – rid your diet of these inflammation causing foods & fill your body with ‘clean’ foods that have an anti-inflammatory effect!
3. Posture, if you spend all you time sitting or slumped then your back will start to complain, sit on your sitz bones, maintain a neutral spine, as you bend move from the hips & most importantly Move! Bodies aren’t designed to spend hours sitting – just look at your young children 🙂
