Meditation for the Soul
For our Well-being Wednesday pass holders, we’ll be running a Meditation for the Soul session on Wednesday 23rd March. It will last for approximately 1 hour and is at the slightly later start time of 1.30pm (not 1.15pm as previously advised).
If you’re coming to the session, you’ll need to bring a blanket with you as your core temperature will drop quickly when we start to meditate. You may also like to bring a drink to have during the session. We will provide refreshments (tea, herbal tea, water, coffee) after the session for anyone who wants to stay and have a chat.
