I was reading an article about just this topic early this week, and it so resonated with the conversations that I’ve had recently with so many people.

It seems that many of us feel this way and it really doesn’t leave us feeling great.

But, what if you looked at it from a different perspective?  What if you just accepted you are exactly where you are meant to be, who you are meant to be and at exactly the right time for you?

You see, I really believe that.

I don’t look back at my life and wish I opened Balance so many years earlier, I don’t wish that I had left my previous relationship earlier, I don’t regret marrying my ex husband, I don’t wish that I had travelled the world before I had children, I don’t regret not doing all my Mindset learning till later and I certainly don’t wish I had trained in RTT years ago.

Why? Because I wouldn’t be who I am today, where I am today and doing what I am doing at exactly the right time for me.

If you are constantly looking to where you think should be, what you could have done and in a faster time then it will just leave you FEELING stuck, lost and behind.

So, maybe instead of feeling stuck or lost or behind, why don’t you take the time to notice exactly where you are today and simply accept that?  Now, if you want to be somewhere else in the future, that’s fine, at least you know where you are starting from, instead of constantly wishing it was from somewhere else. So, then choose where, what you want to do and take that one small step that starts you travelling down that direction.

Longing to be there too quickly, because you FEEL behind, only serves to make you run all the faster.  You end up missing the journey, not enjoying the experiences, not noticing the things the matter, not sharing with loved ones, but feeling stressed, burnt out and exhausted.

You see, you are NOT really Stuck, Lost or Behind, you just FEEL you are as you are judging where, who, when, rather than accepting YOUR here and now.  By accepting it and using it as your starting point, you can then take that small step forwards.

Intention in Action!

Many of you, well, 10 to be precise, took that small step forwards and have booked in for a Rapid Transformation Therapy session with me, 8 sessions went on the Friday!

So, thank you for allowing me to help and guide you, it will be an exciting, inspiring and exploratory part of YOUR journey that will help you take that step closer to where you want to be 🙂
