Well, it has been a whirlwind of a start to the year, and now we are nearly half way through! Usually, I start every year with thinking time, a time to reassess for me, to look at what’s working, what’s not, am I on target for the things I want to achieve, am I financially on target, am I getting the fulfilment, fun and freedom from my business and life that I want?
I then review it about half way through the year as it helps me to stay on track.
Now, it’s not that everything always goes well, and most certainly not always as planned(!), but it gives me a chance to really look at where I’m heading, whether it is towards my Intentions or away from them. It’s funny, isn’t it, but we often end up going away from exactly what we say we want and do nothing about it.
So, what has this got to do with being a Seeker or the Source?
Well, part of my intention this year, as it was last year, is to be an even greater version of the Source: to help, guide and facilitate even more people to lead a life that is full of fulfilment, fun, freedom and financial success.
We all start off as Seekers, it is part of our journey. We need to learn so much from experiences, courses, books, media, friends, family, colleagues, mentors etc. We need to seek out the knowledge so we can become the Source. This is where we share the knowledge, and if it’s our passion, we share it with as many people as we can. We help others along their journey so that they too become the source for others.
However, I believe that we never stop seeking, as life really is a lifelong learning experience, but there is a point when we became such a rich Source for others and that is when you really need to share it.
After all, knowledge itself is certainly not transformational, but acting on the knowledge, now that is where the magic happens.
Looking back on the first quarter, my first thought is wow! That has gone so quickly and been so full I could barely catch my breath!
My Intention to expand, to be more Source and less Seeker seems to have a life of its own. I’ve embraced more social media, which in turn has helped me reach far more people. My newsletter continues to grow and be read by many more and my first book is out! Explore Expand Engage – Live a Life Less Ordinary has arrived, this is an incredible way to be the source and to help many more people to pause, think and view life a little differently. A massive achievement for me and one which I hope will prove to be a real help to others.
The therapy side of my business, RTT and Soul Realignment, is finding its own momentum and growing more quickly than I expected, and this is yet another perfect way for me to share my gifts with others.
Balance is evolving and growing and you will have seen that not only are our Pilates classes growing, but we’ve also added two regular Kundalini classes on Wednesdays (one in the daytime and one in the evening). We have experienced Gong Baths, Ayurveda Retreat days, monthly 3E’s discussion groups, Pelvic Floor and Bone Health Courses, Myofascial release workshop, our first ever Flourish Retreat in Corsica (sold out in 2 weeks), our MOMM mass meditation event where 30 of us came together and meditated for an hour in unison with many others all over the UK, and many more things are in the planning.
Let’s not forget our Book Launch coming up on Saturday 18th May 2-4pm – ALL welcome 🙂
As usual, my Seeker part has been on quite a few courses to allow me to become more Source.
My Intention for 2019 is to become more and more Source, so expect to see many different things on offer at Balance and online as I continue to share my knowledge and experience with as many people as I possibly can.
What’s your Intention for this year, Seeker or Source? Or perhaps a bit of both?
