Please bring a blanket/shawl etc as your body temperature can lower when you meditate.

About the Session

I’m trying to run a monthly meditation at Balance as I would love to encourage those of you who have never tried it before to give it a go, or for those of you that mediate at home but would like to enjoy some guided meditation in a group.

I have been meditating for a few years now and it has truly helped me with my journey of living the life that I want.

Meditation has allowed me so much clarity and has helped me to reduce feelings of overwhelm and stress, it also helps me achieve a sense of peace and calm in my life. One of the great benefits of Meditation is that it allows you to be ‘in your body and ‘out’ of your head, it reduces the amount of ‘chatter’ that fills our minds. When you Meditate it keeps you in the present , it stops you from past thinking or future thinking which in themselves can lead to suffering…….there is nothing more relaxing that just BEING rather than DOING.

I really want you all to be able to experience the wonderful benefits, so I have set the price at a nominal fee of only £5 to encourage those of you who wouldn’t normally consider trying it to do just that and join me!
