I would just like to THANK each and every one of you for supporting Balance this year 🙂

It has been a very busy year and we have tried lots of new things, but for the moment we are all enjoying a little rest and relaxation over Christmas, so I’m posting this poem as a reminder to us all on the importance of just pausing….slowing down and taking the time to really enjoy this Christmas……

Have you ever watched kids on a merry-go-round
Or listened to the rain slapping on the ground?

Ever followed a butterfly’s erratic flight
Or gazed at the sun into the fading night?
