Over the past few years I have deliberately sought out various “Mentors’ and ‘Mindset’ experts.

It has  been a  fantastic journey, so inspiring, so useful and just brilliant for getting me back on track when that was much needed!  What I find interesting is that most people are surprised when I tell them I have a Business Mentor, a Mindset Mentor and they often wonder why I bother when I’m already running a successful business and have a fairly positive, balanced mindset!

It’s simple really, although I am an expert at Pilates & Low Back Pain, and teaching and motivating people are definitely my uniques abilities……., that does not mean that I am an expert in all the other areas that go with running a business.  Why wouldn’t I seek out a Mentor who was more successful than myself, living the life that I would like to live? 

I don’t see it as a weakness to seek out others who have more knowledge, expertise, but in fact a strength.  It’s a strength to be able to recognise the areas that you are weak in, the areas where you need some help, guidance. motivation and a nudge in the right direction!

It’s a strength to seek out the exact help you need in these areas and I guarantee you will progress at a much faster rate.  It’s worth noting that most successful business people have a mentor, and did you know that Richard Branston has had 6 mentors at any one time!

But it’s not just related to Business, but to every single aspect of your life!

Mindset is fundamental to any success in your life, business, relationships, finance – it really is the key to ‘happiness’.  
 
Everyone should spend some time recognising where their weaknesses lie, and then seeking the appropriate help to help you combat these.

Imagine how much happier you would be if you could change your negative mindset into a positive mindset.  

How much calmer you would be if you learnt how to quieten your mind.

How much less stressed you would feel if you knew that you had choices and control over patterns of behaviour.

How much less conflict in your life if you choose to react differently to certain situations.

How much healthier you would feel if you could stick with good nutritional choices.

How much more Balanced you would feel if you practised Pilates, Yoga and other mind/body exercise systems.

If you want your life to change, then you have to stop doing everything the same!

The ONLY way to make sustainable life changes is through MINDSET!

I’m not talking about positive affirmations, goal setting etc……yes of course there is a place for that, but only after you change a person’s subconscious mind through a proven, structured system that works.
