3D Standing Pilates is a series of movements originating from Pilates, Yoga, Gyrokinesis and functional stability retraining methods which aims to improve movement and balance quality and efficiency.
According to the National Osteoporosis Society, weight bearing and resistance exercises are encouraged in the prevention and management of osteoporosis and osteopoenia. As we know, exercise can help reduce the risk of fracture, maintain independence and manage pain, so join regular Balance teacher Pippa (who is also a physiotherapist) for this session.
